Refund & Cancellation Policy?

Memberships

We kindly ask for a minimum of 30 days' notice for cancellations or changes to your booking. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the scheduled date will not be refunded.

By confirming your enrollment, you agree to the terms of this policy. Please contact us with any questions.

Adult Workshops

Requires 48-hours notice to reschedule or receive credit for future workshop. Refunds issued for cancellations made 3 days prior to the scheduled workshop.

Private Events

    •    Cancellations made 14 days or more, prior to the event may receive a refund.

    •    Cancellations less than 14 days of the event are non-refundable. In the event of an illness or hardship, within those 14 days, events can be rescheduled up to 7 days prior to the scheduled event.

What if my child is sick?

Help keep our workshop healthy! If your child is sick, please do not come to class.

If your child arrives to class with symptoms of illness (runny nose, fever, or cough) we will kindly ask you to come back when your child is feeling better.

We do offer make up classes, please call us before your scheduled class to schedule a make-up class.

What is Open Studio?

Come into the Wonder Workshop and enjoy the process of creation. During Open Studio time you can create and play with an open ended art project and explore some of our sensory art features. you have the option to pay per hour or purchase a package in the workshop.

Open Studio $25 per hour

Open Studio Punch Card $100 for 5 hours (5th hour free)
